This form is for reporting concerns and incidents. It is not monitored 24/7. Safeguarding reports are prioritised - same-day for critical concerns - during working hours.

This form is also only for NSEMM-related concerns - it cannot be used to report a safeguarding concern or referral about yourself or a member of the public. If you are worried about the welfare of a child, young person, or adult at risk in general, please contact your local authority's safeguarding team directly. If you call 999 about an NSEMM session: give 0115 678 7079 as the callback number - this is NSEMM's own office line, so emergency services can verify us and reach you back on it.
