NSEMM

Important notice

We Are NOT an Emergency Service

This form is for reporting concerns and incidents. We do not watch this form at night or at weekends. The safeguarding team will look at it today on a working day, or on the next working day.

This form is for worries linked to NSEMM: our lessons, our tutors, our staff, or a child or young person we work with. If your worry is about someone with no link to NSEMM, contact your local council's safeguarding team directly. If you are not sure who your local authority is, you can find out at www.gov.uk/find-local-council.

For Immediate Help and Support:

  • 999:Emergency services (Police, Ambulance, Fire)
  • 111:NHS non-emergency medical advice (24/7)
  • Samaritans:116 123 (Free 24-hour helpline for anyone in distress)
  • Childline:0800 1111 (Free helpline for young people)
  • NSPCC:0808 800 5000, 10am-4pm Mon-Fri ([email protected], 11am-4pm every day) - help for adults concerned about a child

If you call 999 about an NSEMM session: give 0115 678 7079 as the callback number - this is NSEMM's own office line, so emergency services can verify us and reach you back on it.
